I was there for a conference at Stanford, and all the closer hotels and even motels were excessively expensive so I chose to stay here. El Camino Real has horrible traffic at rush hour, but that is not the hotel's fault. The room was good sized and has a kitchen, although I did not use it.
I think the office is not staffed from 11pm to 6:30am, which could be a problem for some.
Nothing particularly unpleasant, no surprises. It was about what I expected from an extended stay.
It's close to the freeway, so maybe a bit loud. Not terrible though.
